I have a question.
Why can complete disillusionment cause such happiness? Because we're Christians, we can SEE that such happiness is caused by complete disillusionment, but that they are missing out on the purest, best form of joy and happiness that is found in Christ only.
I saw one of the statuses of one of my friends from Olivet College, and it took me completely off guard. I knew she was a lesbian, but I didn't know that she went and got married. For a while, she was coming to Bible studies and even she really liked coming. But then when I left the OC, she stopped going. My first response was to be disgusted, second, weary, and third, just thinking about what she is missing with freedom from sin. Does she really GET that her happiness is disillusioned? Does she know what Joy looks like? Was I not a good enough representative of Christ to show her that Christ is the fullest, happiest way to live?
